Rapid use-case collection, mass group demos and an embedded test & learn approach helped this new AI platform convert sceptics to advocates augmenting its corporate 20,000 knowledge worker audience into a 100x power house.

Challenge and impact

A lack of core purpose was left the platform in limbo

HAI’s unique AI ability to take a single task focused prompt and generate a detailed reusable tool was already groundbreaking but was failing to connect to its target audience as they couldn’t differentiate its value from competitors like Copilot. Through a strategy sprint we helped define its niche, create a new workflow with a faster 90 second prompt to publish time including tool self improvement with simulated user testing, the ability to identify unique algorithms to patent and auto match tools to employee job role. Product Sprints were then used to accelerate development. Lastly by collobating with the internal Copilot team we designed a Copilot plugin which leveraged the existing 20k audience by Copilot offering them HAI when a users task was more suited to HAI than Copilot.

Defined PAI's niche by analysing competitors, understanding target audiences, and co-creating what it should and should not do. Creating a new category it could own.

Designed a 30 minute product demo with an outstanding 93% conversation rate by solving the prospect’s use case inside the session. At its peak we were onboarding 100 users per hour through MAD, Mass Adoption Demos.
